• To secure your reservation, a booking request and payment must be made through our official website or authorized company persons. All bookings are subject to availability.
• Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as specified in the booking process.
• Payment can be made through the available payment methods on our website or as advised by our authorized Persons.
• Prices are quoted in the currency indicated during the booking process and are inclusive of all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
• Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides and staff before and during the activity.
• Participation in our activities involves certain inherent risks. Participants must be aware of and accept these risks before booking.
• Participants with existing medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities must inform us prior to booking. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe the activity could endanger the participant's health or safety.
• While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, participation in our activities is at your own risk. Sky High Parasailing and its staff will not be liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or expenses incurred during the activity.
• We strongly recommend that participants have their own personal travel insurance to cover any unexpected events, cancellations, or medical expenses.
• By participating in our activities, you grant Sky High Parasailing the right to use any photos, videos, or other media taken during the activity for promotional purposes.
• Images are available on website are just for design improvements.
• As per our knowledge all information on our website are accurate, but if you find any spelling mistake, any inaccurate information our any mistake please write us on Skyhighparasailingpb@gmail.com. We will work on it and correct the information asap
• Sky High Parasailing reserves the right to alter the activity itinerary, timing, including routes and durations, as necessary for safety or operational reasons.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made by the participant:

• 1. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the activity date will be eligible for a full refund.
• 2. Cancellations made between 16 To 29 days before the activity date will be eligible for 50% refund.
• 3. Cancellations made 15 days or less before the activity date will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances:

• In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule the activity due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
